Return & Refund Policy
1. ORIGINAL ARTWORKS
For EU & UK Customers:
As an EU-based seller, I comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
• You have the right to cancel and return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the artwork, without giving any reason.
• The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds will be processed once the artwork is safely returned.
Exceptions:
• This does not apply to customised or commissioned original artworks (e.g. made specifically to your request). These are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

For Customers Outside the EU & UK:
All sales of original artworks are considered final.
• Returns are only accepted if the artwork arrives damaged or defective.
• You must contact me within 3 days of receiving the item and include clear photos of the damage and packaging.
• If the claim is approved, I will refund or replace the item and cover return shipping if necessary.

2. PRINTS (Made-to-Order / On-Demand)
For EU & UK Customers:
My prints are produced on demand and made specifically for each customer once the order is placed.
According to Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, these items are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal period because they are:
• Made to the customer’s specifications, and
• Not suitable for return due to their personalised nature.
Therefore, returns or cancellations are not accepted for prints, unless the item arrives damaged.
If the print arrives damaged, contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the print and packaging.

For Customers Outside the EU & UK:
All print sales are final, as each piece is custom-printed.
• Returns are only accepted if the print arrives damaged.
• In such cases, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item and include clear photos of the damage and packaging.
• If the claim is accepted, I will offer a refund or replacement.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
